do you know how short ranged a pipe\black powder gun would be?

do you know how shitty the accuracy would be?

the point of a gun is quick firing, accurate and long range

by the time you built your halfassed little pipe gun and figured out how to put a fuse into it someone would have killed you with a crossbow

without infrastructure you would be a harmless disarmed chiled as soon as you ran out of ammo, hope you have some reload kits

infrastructure, society allows ALLOWS you to have guns, I don't know how to say it any more clearly, if you didn't have civilization you wouldn't have guns

they have used small caliber in prison using match heads compound for gun powder and they have kill with them . "not that they really needed they just gang up on you and murder you " but you might take out 1 guy first if your hip to whats next.

 

well, I guess I'm absurdly lucky that I intend not to be going to prison, now if you are planning to do that good on ya, hope you go to one where you can get ahold of matches and pipes,

otherwise melee weapons are better ultra short range, mid range I have ammo virtually forever for a sling and "long range" I can make arrows and a bow from scratch

your mid\ultra short range gun is intensivly one shot, it hardly has the elegance of a sword and frankly the gun is the least skill intensive weapon on earth

and I have been in marksmanship competitions and done fairly well, I pulled targets at the world large bore competition a few years ago...... I have an idea what I'm talking about.....

 

also to the other idiot beside owning modern weapons i have own both muzzle loader pistols and rifle and have wasted easy over 150 pounds of black powder at $10.00 per pound in metal cans so i know what a improvise bombs and weapons using good old black powder can do. so go play robin hood somewhere alse .

your full of shit thats what you are. take a high quality tubing or cut one in a lathe or have a machinest cut it for you. make around 12 gauge size or even 10 gauge . loaded with fishing sinkers you can buy them any where. use a camera flash bulb or electric matches a simple micro switch and set of AA batteries and you come at me with your dumb sword. dont get me wrong i undestand very well how deadly white weapons are at very close range. and you could have a handfull or face death fast if you let some one with a knive or sword get too close.

the thing is unless you tig weld all of those components into that pipe most of them will probably pop free, burn off most of your energy and make the fishing sinkers that hit me sting but not really do any harm



and I'd probably nail you with a crossbow anyway


you can easily make a crosbow semiautomatic, it will take energy to shoot, but oh wait, guns appeal to fat lazy people, no effort, just pulling a trigger......
