I went my teenage years and majority of my adult years not drinking coffee or any caffeinated beverages. I started drinking coffee about a year ago, but due to my system not being used to caffeine I kind of overdid it and had a major caffeine overdose. I stopped drinking coffee for a bit. Now I am back to drinking it, but I am regulating how much I consume. On average, how many cups of coffee do you consume in a day and past what time of day will you not drink coffee?
I drink two cups in the morning then switch to water. And sometimes on the weekends I'll have an afternoon cup
I like a coffee perhaps 4x a week. Maybe more. Not sure why though, I mean, I don't often feel the effects of caffeine. I just had a coffee BTW lol and I feel like an energy drink now. >.<
Why would you ever give up? I dont care if it causes an early death, i aint ever giving up coffee. Same with Bacon
i usually drink about 3 cups once each year when i have to go to this really early meeting about 3 hours away from here. so apparently that averages out to 0.0082191780821918 cups per day.
In college I lived on Fritos and coffee to stay awake at night. Then I switched to tea. I used to have all kinds of tins of different teasin a rack and a tea ball for brewing. Then I went back to coffee, and got a Mr. Coffee type machine. I drank copious amounts all day long. Now I'm back to a cup of tea in the morning and a cup of instant coffee at 10:00 AM. Then maybe another cup of tea in the afternoon, or coffee. Or sometimes more.
Did the fritos help you stay awake? Also, I love Harney & Sons, the tea that you posted a photo of--best tea brand I have tried.
Lol i feel like most people would be exaggerating if they said they drank 3 pots of coffee but I sense Ty is telling the truth I would be a nervous wreck if I drank that much coffee
