yeah we used to do that when we had money to spend, i think its better and you get more tobacco for yur cash.............. try Bali Shag the next time you buy a pouch!!
GODDAMN! ive been bitching about $4 a pack here!!!! but yeah i been rolling my own as long as i been smoking cause thats how my daddy smokes em.. and i am BROKE broke, i mean, when im all smacked up i just roll em outa the butts left from parties
I roll my own smokes. Whenever I need a smoke, I either have a few butts saved in my tin, or I just go walk around and find some butts on the ground. I am known in my school for my rolled smokes (among many other things). You can buy cigarette filters though, you need to know where to look. Or you can just save your butts from cigarettes you've smoked and use those. I can't stand smoking tabacco without a filter.
dr reefer.. i think most people who roll with rolling papers use filters. ive never seen anyone not use one.
JESUS CHRIST! Someone said $10 a pack. When I used to smoke, I could get two packs of reds for $5.50.
I make my own sigarettes with this little machine I bought... You buy a bukket tabac and some sigarette/filter/thingies without tabac... with the machine you put the tabac into the sigarette/filter/thingies... and its soooooooo cheap! and you have a filter!!! again: my english sucks. I hope my story makes any sense
When I was a kid, I was legal to sell to someone underage as long as they had a note from their parent. I remember buying them for my Mom, cost - $1.75. These days, if I remember correctly, it costs about 18 cents to manufacture a cigarette (or a pack - can't remember which). The rest of the cost per pack is taxes.
i always roll my cigarretes. i think it's cool. besides normal cigarretes give me a bad cough and smell nasty...and they're too bloody expensive too!!!!
lol... a favorite band of mine named the woodbox gang sings a song about rollin ya own... look at the lyrics: I met a camel his name was Joe He asked for a cigarette knowing full well that I roll my own I said "I like drum but I can't get it no more" Joe said "You don't have to tell me about the politics I know the score" Joe said "I used to be somebody then they took it away They said I was a killer but I swear I was framed" And Joe said "By the way how bout that smoke? I've been sucking on everybody else's old butts and I'm ready to choke" The tobacco is low and the filters are gone And the papers are Wrigley's Spearmint wrappers straight from the floor I don't need no one nobody needs me I'm a musician and I work for free I don't have a diploma I don't have a degree But I got some Bugler and a rolling machine I tipped my hat to Joe and Joe tipped his ash And as he walked away I saw RJ branded on his ass I hang out at the bus stops and the all night diners And the winding railroad tracks arguing with interior designers 'Cause that's what real me do that's where real men go Especially when real men are running low on tobacco I drink malt liquor and I eat toasted cheese I float on the credit cards that introduce me to an introductory tease But I'm going out on the road 'cause the road is where you go Where you go when you need something that rhymes with freeload I don't have any reasons I'm running short on my rhymes But it doesn't matter the world is gonna end New Years Eve 1999 i thought that fit... this does too, i believe: I was sitting at the bus stop one afternoon A man was standing there shaped like a balloon He asked if he could bum a smoke I said the rolling machine is broke He looked at me like I was from the moon He said "You're the strangest man I've known I don't know anybody who still rolls their own" I said "Me I roll my own I don't take them As they come You can have the others If you want them Twenty dollars On the dozen And they'll just disappear one by one" (that one's not the full lyrics, but its all good...) peace!!
