Also not the point: A dude with a tattoo that says Thug Life. All you're doing is judging someone else AND generalizing it to all the youth. You're not stopping that guy from killing anyone. If that's what he REALLY does. In fact you're one of the ones contributing to the stereotype of crime, that encourages people to live up to that.

The man in the picture labeled himself as a "THUG," not me. All I have to go on is what he says about himself.

 

I haven't generalized anything to "all youth." This conversation is specific to the picture and the term "Thug Life." The term "thug" actually has a dictionary meaning and the rest of the picture fits that meaning. Why don't you tell me what you think the picture means.

Compared to when? Compared to when I was a youth, it's still up in the clouds. Just because it's down from the 90's does not mean it's at a socially acceptable rate.

Titles don't mean much. If someone has Dr before their name they could be a doctor or they could have just spent 3 years studying the bowel movements of lizards on cocaine.
