respect has to be earned, despite social standing or legalities. but i believe everyone deserves at least a chance to prove themselves worthy of respect before you destroy them completely.

I don't expect people to bow down before me, no. Like I said as long as people are civil and have manners and do not disrespect me - that's fine.

I will always be civil with someone, yes of course I get angry every now and again and I try to walk away from that before we say things we shouldn't.

I don't really care what people who don't really know me think, but having manners doesn't cost much.

My point is a title does not make a man. In many cases you don't have to do shit but to suck up and gain favor to gain a title of 'respect'.

But if you do work hard, and are learned enough about a certain subject than that speaks to your character, which is far more likely to own my respect.
