See, your problem here is thinking there are only two guys: Nice and Assholes.

I don't feel sorry for girls who go for assholes and quite frankly, repeated offenses make me start to wonder about intelligence and/or common sense.

Go for the nice guy with a back bone, for instance, duh.

Assholes are boring, they all read the same generic pick up artist books and try to hard to be bad asses. It comes off as fake and reaks of deep seated insecurity issues.

Yah, so the nice honest guy with a back bone, they are the best.

Learn how to read people. There are some really wonderful men out there, and there are some really wonderful women. The question is simply, are you able to pick them, and are you good enough for them?

I only think there is one type - assholes. One shows their true colors with no apologies and the other pretends to be something else and then shows their true colors once you trust them.

A nice guy with a back bone - I tried that and had my lip busted for hugging one of my friends. So you can act like I don't know how to pick them....but there is nothing worth picking as far as I've seen. :cheers2:

But, there is so much Grey area in between the assholes and nice dudes. More than most people realize. Maybe you just have bad luck?

Despite this being an age of people who tend to lack individuality and identity (thanks twitter and constant facebook/cell phone updates) I still think humans are far to complex to say to much with certainty in regards to stereotypes or labels. Asshole...nice.. that is so vague anyways. Regardless, we all have our flaws and it depends on how much you are willing to put up with. How much are you willing to put up with??

A new guy seems to get all your preconceived notions of the girl he is seeing sometimes, which is unfair. He is burdened with a package that contains everything any other guy has ever done to that girl. Without a clean slate in other words. I think a lot of girls especially, do this.
