I don't know why but I really like this guy. I see his name and I just want to read what he has to say. Just seeing his name appear brings a smile to my face. If I was down under I would want to meet him and go on a walkabout with him, have some bush tucker, Make lemonade from ants in water. the ones that didn't die in the water bite our tongues but we don't mind. Drink it together. Make a digeridoo with him from a tree we specially pick that is a legit termite eaten one. Paint our sticks together, and then blow together, making beautiful music. Might even go for the threesome and invite Vanilla gorilla along. He seems like a fun guy to hang out with. It doesn't hurt that they live in a place that I have always wanted to visit.
One thing I like about GLEN is that he has a great sense of humour........no doubt he has other good qualities too, but that's what I notice the most. One cool Aussie.
^ why would you think that? Did I get your gender wrong? Are you trying to tell me you are not a fungi and do not live in Australia?
He's hard to resist Check out the 'Bush Tucker Man' on YouTube and fill yer boots. Good bloke. Here's an episode from up in the big wet: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_7RBJia7Q-w (be sure to check out his hat)
Back On The 22nd Of April When My 10 Years On Hip Rolled Around I Said How I Love These Forums Because Every Morning When I Turn On My Puuuter (hip is my homepage) I Start The Day With Laughter......And This Thread Is A Prime Example...... Cheers Glen.
Your spirit and love for everything and everyone on this forum comes across in your words. I appreciate it and wonder if you are like that in the real world too. Thank you Glen for the laughter you bring to me and the many cockles of peoples heart that you warm, you deserve a little back. Maybe everyone on this forum can go on a virtual walkabout and virtually have some bush tucker together by the virtual camp fire.
ftr it took me 8 years to coach glen into the poster he is today but seriously....I take all the credit is the threesome proposed for golf?...or is it a shish kebob thing?....who is the onion? we all love glen glen
Aussies are cool, hands down, nice people. Had the pleasure of living in Oz for 5 months. Never a dull moment, from Cassowarys in the yard to cane toads underfoot, beaches beyond your wildest dreams and quite a bit of truly fine ganja (if one knows where to look). GlenGlen makes this place more fun daily. Thanks for being here and cheers!
