That sounds incredible. I've put kahlua (spelling?) in ice cream before. I also make Irish car bomb cupcakes. Guinness cakes with Bailey's frosting .

My favorite ice cream is pistachio. It has such a unique taste. Butter pecan is a close second. Then those Strawberry Shortcake ice cream things. I swear I could eat a bowl full of the morsels that cover the outside of those things.

But I try to eat mostly healthy so ice cream is a once in every blue moon thing.
