Well maybe but the monkey could help her, because he should know what is going with her.

I used Lunesta for a while. (I didn't have to get a prescription because my brother got free samples from his son's mama and gave me some. )
It's supposed to have less side effects than regular sleeping pills. It helped okay, but I had to take two instead of the one. Sometimes taking them for a short while can help you get back into a regular cycle again.
The only bad side effect I noticed from it was the unpleasant taste. Boy was it unpleasant! Just a yucky taste that lasted until the next night (when I took it again.)
But yeah, I'm just saying you could try that.
There's also otc sleeping pills, but I don't know if they would be strong enough.
I've been taking Valerian at night and they sort of help, but you have to lay down and chill and go to bed right away or the effects wear off.

I know exactly what you mean, if i don't get enough sleep I am basically impossible to hang around, I'm a huge **** hehe.. it makes me so irritable to be tired, like scream STOP YELLING a person speaking very quietly.. usually if I can't sleep I take a Stilnox, have a little trip and go bye-byes wonderfully :)

Well, stepping away from the computer screen would be step one. Computers keep people up. But you seem to have trouble getting to REM sleep, which is why you wake after a few hours, your body hasn't got REM (which is very damaging).

May I suggest meditation as an alternative? I'm really sure it'll help your mood swings and state of mind. But I don't think meditation can act as a permanent alternative to sleep (unless your extremely hardcore at it, which VERY few people are), so keep researching and go to a doctor.

Funny thing that you mention him, because I was telling my friend Layra how I cant sleep and she said "some people are like that, I heard Trujillo only slept 4 hours", so I dont know, it might not help.

But I prefer so much more to stay here and have some form of interaction, than just lay in bed, fully awake thinking. I mean thinking is good, but like my mom says "everything in excess is bad"
I've actually been meditating more and more, I try to do it before I go to sleep. I just usually dont go to sleep afterwards. It's kinda funny because you would think that the meditation would relax me and make me want to go to bed, but the exact opposite happens. I feel full with energy. The other night, I ended up taking a walk after meditating, because I was just so wired.

"Young Lust" came on my mp3 player, set on shuffle.

How very appropriate when whips are being discussed.

I cannot stand this song. Worst Pink Floyd song in existence.

This whip comes with a man who can use it wisely!

Whatever happened to "make love, not war".

Indiana Jones and Batman together vs. the evil terrorists... whoever they are!

We don't need much more than awareness to defeat the "terrorists".

Thats such a waste of super hero power...

I'd rather put em in a ring and let em dual to the death. They are for my entertainment anyway.

And, uh... thats how I put myself to sleep every night. (on topic save... real smooth)
