He's obviously harrassing you. When you call, tell them he threatened to rape you, and that he's 18 while you're a minor. Should get 'em over there pretty quickly, I 'spect.

It sounds like you need to make something up.

Either that, or prepare for when he comes over again, kill him, and say it was all self-defense.
