Nothing personal (especially since you’re a neighbor next door in the great state of maine) but that’s got to be the worst list ever compiled http://jp.youtube.com/watch?v=zfE47sZjgJs http://jp.youtube.com/watch?v=UbIaIIU5Hvc Hotwater
Just for me it is the best, the other two personally don't compare. chris Bell's solo album in 78 was AMAZING. Just me. Do you have any other problems? It is strictly a classic rock list with often overlooked top tier musicians and bands and fairly obscure musicians and bands. Didn't even want to get into "indie" (however that is even defined these days haha) because this seemed more 60s/70s oriented.
yeah, I like I Am The Cosmos a lot. I also like Like Flies On Sherbet by Alex Chilton. my favorite Big Star would probably be the last one.
I don't know if I gave the last one enough of a chance. I have not listened to Alex's album. Just something about #1 Record and the time it came out and the sound they had.
I've got a sixties seventies bent because until I was 15 I wasn't allowed to listen to modern music parents are insane.
I knew people when I was younger who had no tv, and were not allowed to watch anything produced by universal
I don't really like your music collection at all Dave, but I think you would like Wilco and Billy Bragg's renditions of Woody Guthrie songs.
