In the winter I could have soup everyday as long as I can have bread as partner with it occasionally ... I can make a few very basic soups,,, but I don't make enough on a regular basis to know a of of different variety.. I love soups though... soups are kinda a parallel parter to pizza, you can put anything with em,..
I dont really bother with much soups. I just open cans of Campbell and empty contents in pot, add chicken and egg noodle. open bag of mixed veggies and add those in. Im lazy when cooking,, dont really enjoy the smell.
I just makin a big bowl of soup with some meat or something in it... not too hard to make can freeze for lots of left overs.. easy to heat up for left overs, little dishes.. same as pizza... yum..
I love soups too! I could hardly think of a more comforting dish to have on a cold winter night, plus they're usually easy to make and healthy. My favorites include... - Creamy leek and potato soup; - Potato and bacon/ham chowder; - Classic indian dahl soup; - Creamy green lentil soup; - Creamy broccoli and cauliflower soup; - Creamy carrot, red lentil, orange and ginger soup; - Western chowder (a recipe of my own: corn, red and green bell peppers, onion, barley, jalapeno pepper).
all those soups you said Bassline sound amazing... best sound of bacon ham chow or broccoli cauliflower.. yum... you welcome anytime to my house.. bring food please.. :sombrero:
i don't really know, but it seems like soup is made for weight loss. it's basically a little bit of food floating in a bunch of flavored water, after all.
