I'd say you got ahead of yourself in the curing process.

Might as well try smoking it.

    Were they flowering?

If they're too dry and harsh to smoke you can always make edibles with them. They will retain most of their THC even if they dry out.

I could not stop laughing at that word 'edible'.

Back in my student days, one of the girls Baked some fairy cakes at home and hid them in an old cake tin. Then when she went home to fetch them, they were missing.

Her mother had found them when she was baking for the church old peoples afternoon tea and assumed that they were part of her batch.
Her mother arrived home that evening completely exhausted and confused. When she started telling us about the events of the afternoon, when the old folk started dancing waving their sticks and Zimmer frames above their heads, while falling and rolling around on the floor, we could not keep a strait face, but we had to try in order not to raise he mothers suspicions.

Her mother never guessed that her cakes were somehow involved, despite a normally grumpy old guy asking for another one. Needless to say, we never told her.

I once made some brownies many years ago and my sister found them, and ate a lot... much to her dismay.

We once left a brownie we made with hash in the freezer in Amsterdam in our flat... after we moved out the landlady found it and ate it... Next thing we knew the daughter was on the phone with us in the states asking what was in the brownie???

She had a bit of a trip to say the least...

I am very careful to eat all my edibles as soon as possible and not leave any lying around LOL!
