i thought it was well-written.. you put words together nicely, but i had a hard time grasping what exactly you were trying to say. you were talkign about your emotions.. but are you saying your emotions were a result of this place that "fate" put you in? (at the funeral of somebody-whom-you-hate's father in a roman catholic church) was your point to express the emotions you felt? that they felt uncontrollable? or was your point to say fate is fucked up?.. or maybe both? please clarify

I suppose 'fate' would not be allowed such force as to result in emotion. Destiny, and fate are words that I'd hesitate to use seriously. I can't say that my emotions were a result of fate. I can say that my emotions were a result of circumstance. Circumstance that I've never encountered. As a result of "this place", put rather mildly, my emotions were.
