He doesn't feel empathy, and so cannot alter his behavior to account for the feelings or reasoning or behavior of others. He sees other people (of either gender) as objects. He covets some (those that wear miniskirts, apparently), and he fears some (those that use drugs, apparently), but he does not alter his behavior in order to get what he wants.

But I don't think it's just that he's a sociopath, because those often become masters of using logic to manipulate people, because they can understand the effects of, and behaviors caused by, thoughts and emotions, even though they cannot or don't personally empathize with those emotions. He cannot empathize, but also cannot logically analyze or react to systems of culture or behavior - or refuses to do so.
