I`m going to try this five small meals a day thing

    Thanks. All I`m paying attention to for now is that fats be less than 10% of what I`m eating.

    Is that such a great idea? I mean you could eat fruit all day with zero fat and still gain weight, and another day eat only fatty meat and lose weight. It all depends whether your calorie intake is under your requirements - doesn't matter whether it is fat, protein or carbohydrates, if you go over then you're gaining weight.

    I don`t mind gaining muscle weight. In fact, that`s what`s been happening in the past month.
