I lost my capo.

I forgot which kind of weather does it (heat or coldness), but prolonged exposure to one of those two will tighten the strings, bending the neck in the process.... i do believe so, anyways...


However, I'm getting a new capo tomorrow, or so I've been told, as a Halloween present. . Yet another reason why halloween is the greatest holiday on earth. :H.

And to answer your question I haven't changed my strings since like July.

Well, if those strings are causing your neck to bend, you should probably get some new ones.

 

july?!?! damn...even for acoustic strings, i would be lucky if they lasted till august...

naw...i can actually make acoustic strings last a few months, but electric strings are gone in an instance

 

I'm lucky if I get three weeks. I haven't been able to get strings for a week now.

 

cold makes them detract.
