I lived in a haunted house

What? know that theres "something"? Idk mabey I'm just thinking of energy frequencies or something.

 

I think that "poltergeist activity"/active ghosts definitely would be operating on a specific vibrational/energy frequency...one different from us "regular"
3-D people. The more advanced we become, the more gadgets we invent to measure this. Already there are more ways to investigate and (lordforbid) prove that there is "proof" of the paranormal than is widely known (or accepted).
Just sayin'.

 

I knew a woman once who told me she could actually see ghosts and spirits. I still think she's a little bit crazy but the way she told me about them, it seemed to make sense.

She said she died for 10 minutes. But after being revived she could see them ever since. She said they like to bind themselves to people, people who are feeling low. If someone is having a bad day they're plagued with a bad spirit which she could actually see. She also said these bad spirits are commonly seen in bars and taverns and that's why you see people commonly get depressed in bars and settings like those.



I dunno what to think. I'm still a bit skeptical of it all. But it's interesting to think about.

 

Hmm, that is actually REALLY interesting to me, because I used to be schitzo, and I heard voices in my head telling me things that made sense and that I wasn't the one thinking, I always thought during this time these might have been spirits talking to me. I never "saw" anything, except the day that I had the shroom trip that caused all of that. I saw the grim reaper, and he told me I was dead. It was fucked. But yeah the way you described what she felt was really the same kind of idea I had about the whole thing if they actually were spirits. Of course during the whole phase when I was crazy, I would believe they were sppirits to a much further extent lol. If spirits and shit are real, I am pretty damn positive one haunted/invaded my mind. It wasn't always negative, but was almost always overwhelming.

 

If I was dead, I wouldn't want to freak other people out like that. Thats very unsettling. I hope I don't end up like that. Like no matter how sad my life gets, I don't want to leave that kind of energy behind. They sound like they're in a dream like state. Its as if they're pure psyche stripped away from the physical body. That's part of the reason why I try to cleanse my subconscious by confronting it through methods like meditation. That's really what religion should be about more than anything. If I stick around in any way, I just want to do it to spread positivity. That's it. I wonder if you can pray to the dead to try to guide them in some way.

 

I don't think it's because the ghosts haunt people willingly. I've never seen a ghost but I've felt the eerie presence of somebody or something nearby. But i read that the spirits stay behind and haunt places they've experienced the greatest amount of harm and pain. This must be the reason why murder locations, prisons, and insane asylums are common haunted grounds. Perhaps those spirits are trapped there unwillingly. But maybe they died with so much pain and anger in their lives that they want to seek revenge on the living by a means of terror.

My current house is haunted as well. There's Anna, but she's a nice ghost... when I was younger and mummy sent me to bed for being a naughty little girl, I had Anna to talk to...
Then that dude in the kitchen.... he;s very scary indeed....
Anyway, it must just be the city... but I love Coventry It's where I had all my greatest experiences... except for when I rode as horse through the Nevada Desert.. that was awesome
Now I live in Gothic Suburbia... well that's my name for it.... about 300 goths down here and 3 graveyard in my area... it's wierd
