I think it's very weird, but that's because I don't smoke and have a very strong dislike for smoking. But many people probably don't share my views.

Generally I think it's fine for people to like what they like, but considering all of the women who die from lung cancer/smoking related diseases, and the higher rates of death and illness in infants whose mothers smoke, I think it would be good to encourage women to do something else to be sexy. Ok ladies, how about giving up smoking and sucking on banana instead?
I find it weird, but weird doesn't mean bad. It only means we're different. I find smoking a turn off. My experience with smokers is very limited, but all the smokers I've kissed had a bitter taste in their mouths. Cleaning of teeth didn't solve the problem. But if it rocks your world, go for it!
