The people who I have not seen ever qualify a belief as not being fact for all of us, not just them, and who judge, condemn, and pronounce their views with the wording that they are right, period. These are not who Barney is referring to. I know little, and that is because I have studied a lot all my life, and learned how much I have yet to learn.
Unconscious incompetence is a rampant quality amongst those who would never say cuz i am stupid. Hits too close to home maybe.
