Not much too it; starting the car and reversing are the only real trouble spots when it comes to a manual. From what I've experienced (I've only driven a manual like twice...), all you have to do, for the most part, is remember to take your foot off the accelerator when you reach a certain RPM, press in the clutch, shift, let go of the clutch, and then accelerate again.

That's how you shift... I haven't figured out starting and reversing enough to explain it for ya.
