im sorry to hear death... I think its shit how so many treatments for shit cause a shit load of money... I have insurance but the cost of the one thing that would ease my condition(endo) cost almost a grand for only 6 months worth...and thats with insurance.. I think it blows how treatment for anything is beyond what people can pay...

My friend has it too, but in small patches (albeit it used to be many small patches). She went to a Chinese doctor who prescribed a tea for her.... she hasn't had a major flare up since then. She still gets the occasional one, but they're small and rare. I don't think she had it particularly badly to begin with, but I know the Western-prescribed cures did NOTHING for it for her.
I'd be interested to know what tea that was. And do you actually need a prescription or is it just what the doctor said to do? Cuz, unlike you canyadians, I have to pay out the ass for healthcare.
