Mind....blown. Good to hear all this stuff guys. Personally, I've never had any real trouble with the cops, just a few inconveniences. Then again, I've always been extremely polite and think I know 5-0 ettiquite...take off sunglasses, turn off car, hands on the wheel, yes sir, no sir type stuff. Knowing my rights (and how to use them to my advantage), is what I was missin. Good to know.
You got it. Even if they do warn you of your rights, don't agree or sign anything. Just keep repeating like a broken record. "I want an independant lawyer and I don't want to talk to any of you." Remember this at all costs, According to Miranda, "Anything you say or do can and will be used against you." This translates into that there is NOTHING that you can say or do that will be use for you. The police are there to gather evidence against you. They are not there to try and fix or solve any problems. So shut the hell up. And if you can't shut up, sing Mary had a little lamb each time they ask you a question. Eventually, they will leave you alone and let indepedant legal counsil deal with you.
I respect what you are saying as they are offering you the right to remain silent. but if you remain silent for too long, now they will administrate on your behalf as your agent, and can now enter pleas for u. you claim the name and they can sign for you! Naw I got my own methods. I won't say much. but its an admiralty seizure and the probate of an estate of the dry/charitable trust property, i.e. cesta que trust. they are testing you to see if you are going to claim the creditor's property as your own and be a pirate and or captor. if you claim anything, including the name which is a franchise and trademark, you are hit! if you show them identification of any kind they got you. bottom line. all that other stuff is just smoke and mirrors until the judge gets u in court and sees you are claiming cesta que trust property as your own and that you are a pirate and a captor and lowers the boom. and soon, they won't pretend that you have rights of any kind. they are not gathering evidence against me, they are gathering evidence against an estate as that is the only place where charges under merchant statute staple, which I am assumed to be the agent responsible for. I waive that privilege every time and correct the mistake..
PLEASE don't think I'm being silly with this question-I'm not. U.S. cops are different to ours,so I really would get it all wrong over there. Has it ever happened that a cop pulls over a deaf person who signs? I mean, the cop has a gun, tells driver to put hands where he can see them-the driver's deaf so can't hear him. Cop asks questions-driver starts waving hands about-cop shoots,or tazers/pepper sprays driver. I know I've put it simplistically, but it must surely be a scenario that could happen seeing as the cop has a gun and is on edge?
I honestly dont think this would happen unless the cop is a complete fuck-tard. Sighning does not look like nonsensical mumbo-jumbo...it is very...obvious when someone is sighning.
Normally the handicap have a special license plate. Still, I wouldn't put a lot of confidence in the inteligence of the average police officer. Afterall, they're not paid to be problem solvers. They're paid to "enforce." Just keep it in mind that anyone with a gun is not likely trying to be your best friend.
