I hate panhandlers with a passion.

the homeles shelters are pretty bad. I watched a documentry about the homeless and they said you get your shit stolen there and some other stuff. Also i worked with a guy that was staying in a shelter for a while and was almost raped there.

 

I, for one, agree with MC. I was in Washington today, working on a project, and was on the phone with our architect while stopped at a light. An old woman came up and started rapping on the door of my truck with her crutch and I said, "Excuse me, but I'm on the phone" and she started screeching something about money so I cardoored her knocking her off her crutches and drove away.

Not really, I gave her my last $5. She probably bought crack and socks with it.

i give what i've got. who am i to say whether they deserve it or not? who's to say whether or not i deserve what i've got anyway?

 

There is this one guy who sits on the same corner everyday asking for change. Holding the sign saying god bless and what not. Well one time he said he needed money and i told him i needed beer. So he bought me the beer and kept asking for more money. I said its all i have got (truth) but he didnt listen. Finally after that shit was over i went home and got drunk. Well about 2 months later when i was deliverying a pizza im waiting in a lobby for this guy to come down. I notice that everyone in the building looks like they came from the streets. This apartment complex was nice. This guy walks out of the elevator and its the same guy who bought me beer. his cloths are in much better shape and he is paying me with a fucking $50 dollar bill. Blew me away. He didnt remember me. I didnt see him for a few months but now he is back on the cornor begging for change like he has none. Fucking douche bag. I give change out to a very selected few who i think are in need of money. Well i was very wrong on that guy.
