Your "girls" hanging low is perfectly natural, especially considering the circumstances in your picture so I dont see what the big deal is, you should just be happy being you and being the way you are, thats probably the way everybody likes you the most anyways. Not everybody has upright perky breasts, if they did everything would be regular and boring and just downright suck.

I agree ... I have some major self esteem issues going on right now~ I wish more people like you could see the beauty in natural women.

Thats okay, I respect that. I doubt youre the only one that actually likes wearing bras, some other women here like wearing them too. Its a personal choice really, if you like wearing them then just do it and nobody's gonna question ya for it or look down on you for it. Just do whatever makes you comfortable, as long as youre comfortable and happy with yourself and feel good about yourself then thats all that really matters anyways.

I'm also all for natural women, natural shapes and comfort. No bras no implants and things look as they should look. Definitely not slutty. And it's possible for all women. Don't let prudes and fashion torture you! Set them free!

Well my wife is 52 and hates bras. She has breasts that sag and I think they look wonderful. All she has to do (even after all these years) is to pull up her shirt to set me going. I think women are lovely - all shapes and sizes - although I do admit to a prejudice. I really do not like little skinny boney women as much. However, I try not to hold it against them. While we are condemning clothing items, I would like to get my hands on the first person who decided that one should tie a strip of cloth tightly around the neck in order to be dressed up.

I'd like to know who decided that skinny=hot. There are lots of people who aren't skinny, but are really sexy. Similarly, there are lots of skinny people who are sexy. It's actually relatively balanced, and yet most models are what we would call underweight.

Whats wrong with that? Thats what theyre supposed to do. Its better than them being put into some sort of unnatural position just so they dont bounce around as much.

Most models exhibit physical signs that I was taught were indicative of clinical malnutrition.

there was a harvard study (1996) that discovered wearing a bra can lead to an increased risk of breast cancer. some of the stats:
    • Women who wore their bras 24 hours per day had a 3 out of 4 chance of developing breast cancer (in their study, n=2056 for the cancer group and n=2674 for the standard group).
    • Women who wore bras more than 12 hour per day but not to bed had a 1 out of 7 risk.
    • Women who wore their bras less than 12 hours per day had a 1 out of 152 risk.
    • Women who wore bras rarely or never had a 1 out of 168 chance of getting breast cancer. The overall difference between 24 hour wearing and not at all was a 125-fold difference.
makes a LOT of sense when you consider how bras can inhibit the flow of your lymphatic system. had anyone else heard of this???? susun weed has written on this as well....

I've heard of that Josai...I believe it is true...there is a book called, "Dressed to Kill" that deals with the subject of breast cancer and the wearing of bras. Love hearing you mention Susun Weed...one of the finest herbalists in my book!! I'm doing one of her correspondence courses... :D

i had heard of that book before, but i will have to check it out!
so, which one of susun's courses are you doing? i love her books. being an herbalist is my dream, but i've yet to save the moolah! & there are NO schools near me. i am thinking of starting a correspondance course in jan with rosemary gladstar. she was the first herbalist to really turn me on, so i feel like that is a good place to start. i'm open to ANY advice if you want to talk...
it's good to know there are some plant people around!
