What I would like to know , has anyone else have this problem, & if so how did you keep your wife sexually happy?

I was single when I had my surgery was in 2011. In the years since, I have not found a way to keep a woman satisfied, even with a very talented tongue. Several men with similar conditions have resorted to a penile implant. I'm considering one but at 74, not sure I want to go through with the operation.

I started having issues like this about 7 years ago. Pills worked for a while but I have type 1 diabetes and I manage it very well but it takes a toll on small blood vessels. So, it got so bad I was taking a pill and using a vacuum pump for an erection. I searched the web and found a website called franktalks.org. The site has a section on implants and guys experience with them. Anyway, I had the surgery last July and for me it was a breeze. 6 weeks later my wife got pounded by my bionic cock that could drive nails. She absolutely LOVES it and says it was money well spent. I think the satisfaction rate is like 94%. Check it out. I hope this helps you and your wife.
