[/QUOTE]I've had EXTREMELY bad experiences with snitches and cops, which may be the reason I feel so strongly about it.
Oh and I know you're not half as thick as me.....just ask your bulldog-lookin-mother about my TopNotchBoner;)

And what do you think that little wiseass was thinking? 'Fuck the person who owns this shop and his livelihood, I haven't got any money so I'll take what I think I'm entitled to so my mates think I'm cool' Little child

Selfish little fucks who think like that deserve what they get. I've had my troubles with the police in the past and have personal issues with them so no way do I like or get on with the police but my troubles were all for victimless crimes. If someone is getting hurt or losing out then the little shit has it coming. For stealing something small like that he won't get into any real trouble and maybe it'll discourage him from acting like a silly little boy in future. If it doesn't then he's even more stupid and probably does deserve what he gets. Thieve all you want from corporations, chain stores, whatever but stealing from people is bad bad bad and unjustifiable. Purely selfish and only for children and idiots.

    lol

but there's no reason to keep harping on grammar. first it was the your vs the you're then the america vs amerika and then you keep bringing up that point. The kids who do that in these forums are not taken seriously. People know what he meant, but as emotions begin to show themselves perfect typing does get sacrificed. We are all aware of it. We all know our mistakes, no reason to get bringing them up.

There's a difference in stealing a pack of black and milds and a loaf of bread. If he can't afford the smokes, he shouldn't smoke them. I don't remember black and milds being a part of the food pyramid

I really think i'm coming from a position that most of you do not understand. I can empathize with most of what has been said on both sides of the fence (except the violent shit), I understand needing to protect your job, I understand how wrong it is to steal from a small business, and I agree you cannot let people walk all over you. However I am also taking into account the LEO's. While their are good LEO's out there, the system as a whole is corrupt and wrong. Amerika is becoming more and more of a police state everyday. We are being stripped of our rights and freedoms at an alarming rate that even the most complacent have recognized. People are being incarcerated for years and years for the most petty of things, our prison population is growing at a faster rate than our actual population, this is ludicrous! I know that by relying on LEO's for ANYTHING, you are simply giving them MORE power, and it will eventually come back to bite you in the ass. I value personal freedom and liberty over all else, I believe it is an inherent human right. While I do not agree with theft, I think that involving LEO's is faaar worse, it is morally defunct to blindly trust these people to handle your problems for you, by entrusting that kind of power to the system you are simply setting yourself up to have more taken away. The punishments do NOT fit the crimes anymore, and that is just a small part of the problem, people need to wake up and look around, don't you see all the LEO's around? It's going to get to the point that you have half the population in prison and the other half watching them...by NOT calling the LEO's your not only sparing some dumb kids future, but your taking power away from the beast and creating your OWN security, and that can reestablish freedom.

I see your point, but honestly... I think you are overanalysing the issue.

This is not a pro or anti LEO debate.

She said the cops were called and they put him in the back of the cop car and took him to jail. He may have evn had bud on him, which may be why he was getting th cigars.

And yes, cops are snitches here. If you were here you'd understand a lot better.

And you're to young to have experienced any of this shit anyway....probably. Ever been arrested? Ever had $1000+ fine? Ever gotten a felony charge? I have. I wasn't doing anything worthy of a felony. I deserved to go to jail another night. After you've experienced some of that, you'll feel the same as me.

This shit is also gonna make it very hard for him to get a good job, all because of some scared little bitch had to open her DSL's and spill the beans.

When I got arrested one time, they told me it would be strickem from my record. That wasa couple of years ago, and it's still on my record, which is why I have had hard times getting jobs.

Do you realize the chain reaction of pointless bullshit that will ensue because of this? It may not seem like that big of a deal, but you may have fukt his lifeup, real bad.

The dude probably spent a day or two in jail, and he'll likely get 40 hours of community service.

In 1999 I was riding 4 wheelers with some friends, behind my buddies house, on his property. A nosy neighbor called the police because she didn't think our ATV's were legal (they were), I had a little L on me and ALOT of L in my car...needless to say I went to jail......I got out in 2003.

You'd be surprised. I used to have to steal Black & Milds by the 100's to sell for food at job corps to pay for food. Different people have different views on the subject, so we'll never agree because I' right.

"One week at job corps, when I got my tax return, I spent $400 on nothing but weed. The shitty thing is that this only came out to about 40 blunts. When I was working at Mayfield, I spent $250(approx. 2oz) on weed every week and smoked it all before my next paycheck. What can I say, money can kiss my ass when it comes to weed."

so he spends a lot of money on weed, what's your point?

My question was why steal black and milds and then trade them for food. Why not just steal the food first off

My point being as this was the sub-topic: "You'd be surprised. I used to have to steal Black & Milds by the 100's to sell for food at job corps to pay for food. Different people have different views on the subject, so we'll never agree because I' right."

:) Why steal in the first place? $400 could have bought alot of food and B&Ms for resale.

There are items that I would like to have but I have priorities. There is a difference between want and need.

thanks for clarifying, my mind wasn't clicking.

I do want to say that I wasn't trying to advocate stealing at all. The tax refund was an isolated case of income, but yes it could have been used on more positive things from oour perspectives which would have had some sustainability. But that's why we are blessed with the ability to make our own decisions
