I got flowers!

I'm so freakin happy I just had to make a thread about it. I got woken up with a package in the mail... 18 long stem greenhouse roses... oh my god they are so beautiful!

just so all you women know, men buy flowers secifically because we so enjoy reactions like this. It is not a waste of Money. I know I sometimes lack the abilities to make a woman feel as special as I find her, and I buy flowers because of it. Is it the most original, no, but I am lacking in originality, not love and devotion. Try to accept the thought behind the gesture, and not feel we are merely bowing to FTD and hallmark.

 

heehee.. i know this i actually told him a long time ago, when we first started getting to know each other that one of the things I absolutely LOVE is to get flowers. I very rarely get flowers unless I buy them for myself... but I LOVE FLOWERS! hehe anyway... yeah... i'm going to bask in this happiness for a little while

hmmmm madcrappie i don't know what kinds of girls you're sending them too... i LOVE to get flowers... oh god i love it so much.. my dad used to bring home flowers for my mom as a surprises sometimes.. and i remember one valentine's day (i think it was one of his last attempts to save their marriage) he filled their entire room with flowers... a box of long stem roses in the middle of the bed and flowers EVERYWHERE... i think since then i've always had a thing for guys who give me flowers... *shrug*


maybe ya gotta be a little more picky about who you send them too... some ladies just aren't good enough to get flowers just kidding... but not really.
