Sorry to hear that, Lynz. Ever watch Snog Marry Avoid ? All the girls look a lot better when they go natural...
Ciara, BSR just likes to try and be provocative. He has no interest in if Lynz is or isn't vain. He just likes to wind people up.
I started going to tanning beds when I was 18, just to see if I could even get a tan. (I am VERY fair skinned). I developed such a horrid burn, pins and needles all over the burnt areas, that I couldn't work. I decided to try it again last winter, BAD IDEA. I did 3 sessions with a few days in between, 5 mins, 5 mins, and the last tiome, 8 mins. BAD IDEA. Itchy burn. I love the look of a tan, but it just isn't me.
If you want to protect your skin from getting burnt then just eat healthy and make sure you intake plenty of antioxidants...that's the secret. Don't stay in the sun for too long the first few days, get a "base" tan and you'll be fine. Screw sunscreen, you won't get your necessary Vitamin D....here's you're sunscreen: ingest plenty of olive oil and tomatoes. Anything with selenium, vitamin C, and vitamin E should help too.
oo garr I'm sorry lynz. I had a burn once or twice and it was shit. peeling's kinda fun though in a twisted way. I don't usually burn, I'm practically a Mexican. The skin on my face is fairer and will get crispy if I don't wear sunscreen/glasses.
yeah peelin is kinda fun i dont like peelin myself, i moisturize it so i dont have a big white patch where i peeled ,but if someone else gets it, i'll pounce on then and peel it all i wish i didnt burn you have good tanning skin *jealous*
my roommates whole body peeled this year, like amonth long process, it was pretty awesome thank you, I didn't realize how dark I was till I saw pics... but yeah, my family has lived in Texas for like 200 years so we're pretty toasty.
that is weird  Me Da tans , so does me sister... Me Ma is a red head tho, and is pale, so i got her genes :frown:
