Hot glue guns are fuuuun! Erm, as long as you don't have a hot temp one and get glue on your hand causing the skin to blister. Low temps seem to be a lot safer, hehe.
Low temp is safer, but it does not seem to hold as well. One trick I learned working for this crafting place: keep a bowl of ice-water next to you. That way, you can drop your finger in real quick when you get hot glue on it. You can also get rid of the stringy bits of glue that stay behind by hittin' em with a hair dryer.
