a lot of people who post in here just do it once as a sort of "ok, this is what i look like if you wondered."

I don't get why those things are a problem. Not everyone is the same. I don't get why, in this world where everyone has all of these body-image issues and feelings of inadequacy about being not perfect and all that shallow bullshit that when someone comes on and actually is happy with the way they look, they are the ones that get attacked.
Maybe this is a little too close to home for me, but it doesn't sit right. I'm not really upset or threatened, I just don't understand. It seems a little malicious.

lol and expressing this fact accomplishes what? and what kind of person gets so easily annoyed by someone posting photos of themselves in an area designated for "member photos"...? make use of the ignore button or perhaps read the forum description and cut down on visiting this area of the site because everyone posting in MP wants some degree of attention. its really that simple, no need to bitch and moan or even waste the time or energy getting annoyed. life is way too short for that. rock on
