Flouride naturally exists in drinking water. Why not just grow your own herbs and make your own loose leaf tea? I do this when my herbs are ready for harvest. Lemon balm mixed with catnip and lavender makes a great sleepy time tea. Motherwort and nettle are also easy to grow (drink nettle before it flowers). Any tea that tastes too bitter or strong can be mixed with local raw honey for added health and taste :) peace!
