if she was in love with you then she'd still be with you and planning a future together, she's just keeping you dangling and stopping you from moving on with your life in case the grass isn't as green as she wants it to be where she is, and so that she has you to fall back on.
life and time is precious, so please don't waste it on something that isn't going to happen.

she's not perfect for you if she doesn't want to be with you. find someone who will appreciate you for being stable and mature.
