I feel really old

I felt old when I was 11. Some 4 odd decades later, I feel like a kid.

 

And to think a long time ago I was one of those Juvenile Delinquents!
It pains me to say that I can even remember this song which was a number 1 hit in America, and got into the top ten in the UK.

Yes! I'm going to wear denim... we'll see if they'll let me in. They actually have a dress code, but I don't think anyone pays attention to it.

It's basically no sports jerseys, I think they have a thing about ballcaps, no sandals, that sort of stuff. I have a button up shirt with my denim and fugly white sneakers which I wouldn't let in if it were my club, but they're good dancing shoes.

 

Heh. Eighteen with forty years experience. Well seasoned, like good cast iron. Which means that when younger women are nice to me it takes me a moment to realize that it's because I remind them of someone they aren't attracted to.

I feel more energetic now than in my 20,s n 30,s , hehe good sex seems to be the key.

Yeah , as we age body ain't as flexible , so one should take care not to indulge in activities which stresses muscles and joints , aches and pains don't go away easily.
Bit of massage after hot showers keeps body active . Right food helps .
Do not indulge in activities which you do not enjoy as their stress gonna play on the body.
