I’m edging closer and closer to 50, but most days I feel about 20 years younger than that. Good health, good energy…and I do realize how fortunate I am for that.

All in how one looks at things, I suppose.

Every day we get is a gift.

 

I'm older, but while many of my younger and older pals think 10 years ago is a very small spot in the past, I think it's yesterday

69 shortly and am absolutely fine!

 

Nearly 60 and fitter and better condition than when I was in my 20s .No magic formula. Heat healthily and exercise/work out keeps one that way.
