If you don't want to break up with him, don't fuck around. If you want to fuck around, first break up with him. It's simply the polite thing to do.
I second that it sounds like you already fucked around with him though, so you really need to own up to it to your bf, and let him know that if he wants to break up with you you know that it's your fault for letting this happen
its ok everybody saying you shouldent f.... aroundand all that but have you lot never made any mistakes .you dont say how old you arte but if you and your boyfriend have been going through a bad patch then sit down and talk to him if you have to tell him what happened then so be it......i think this way that if it breaks you up then it is not your choice to make and it was meant to be...hope everything works out for you

As for sex, if you have had any sort of unprotected sex with someone else, if there was any exchange of fluids, other than saliva, its unfair on your partner to sleep with him. Own up, hopefully its not too late
