I only use shampoo if I use product in my hair (every now and then). I use regular poisonous shampoo and miraculously I still have a full head of beautiful golden hair. There are many different shampoo companies; you are mistaken in where the bullshit lies. You don't really even need shampoo, let alone a natural one. You do need toothpaste. You also need fluoride in the toothpaste, just don't swallow it. It seems ridiculous to me to care so much about shampoo and not about the food you eat. This is where you need to go against the grain. No dairy, no refined sugar, and no chemicals/food additives = no problems Also I stay away from red meat unless it is fresh.
Yeah but your mouth absorbs chemicals so you are putting it in your body either way. I guess you are kinda right about not needing shampoo. And I try to avoid as many chems in foods as I can.
Dear Wild-flowers, it is worse if the stains are located around the zip fastener of your trousers and you discover them at the end of a long day in public . Regards Gyro
spit more often not all common toothpastes or soaps have triclosan. just antigingivitis and antibacterial ones, respectively. fluoride is good for preventing cavities, but yea, some people think it's a conspiracy... and i just have to say, EVERYTHING is a chemical. what if you saw "dihydrogen monoxide" listed as an ingredient in your shampoo or food? would you use it? well that's also called water. how about Pyridoxal phosphate? AKA vitamin B6 but your point is still well taken - that a lot of unnecessary shit is added to a lot of products we use and ingest.
