Hello so last night I had a dream that after I woke up I asked myself why the hell I dreamt that... I'm only 19 btw. I snuck into two little girl's houses and proceeded to have sex with them after finding them asleep in bed. And the second little girl I stepped on the back of her neck breaking it and proceeded to have sex with her after she was dead. In no way would I do this in real life as I'm in the military and I've been with my girlfriend for two years now. Any idea why the hell I would dream this???
No, but I think it would be prudent of you to find out. The sub conscious holds the answer, I believe.
Psychologist/psychiatrist. Especially if you have this dream again. If you don't have it again----well--I don't know. No one here is qualified to figure this out for you, in my opinion.
Having a dream itself is nothing to worry about. It's just a dream. The real question is if you would every feel like doing such a thing in real life. If so, then you really do need to seek counseling.
Hi Guterkamerad, it may help to understand better if you look on the dream without any judgement. Imagine that you are all parts of the dream, also the 'victims', and look on it from all angles you can find. Sometimes we pick up foreign elements in dream that seem to not belong to us. If it feels that way, honour the dream for giving you insight into a strange world, and again do not judge. Hope this makes sense.
