Monday morning I called in sick. Tuesday, I tried to call in sick, but he got on the phone and told me that I should take a few days off if I'm not feeling well and to not worry about it. He ended up calling me the next day on his ride in to work. He apoligized. Said that it was beyond innappropriate and that I could have him fired or he would resign or ask for a transfer if I wanted. I thought about it for a while and basically asked if I could be transferred to another department so I wouldn't have to work with him. He agreed, and i was working at a different dept/branch the following week.

It's been six months now. And I soooo regret it.
