I can't sleep....

    I took half a dose of tylenol PM, with my midwife & doc's approval, after I'd had no sleep for days. At the end of the twins' pregnancy, they gave me Ambien because I just could not sleep.

    Let me also add to ALWAYS check with your doc/midwife first. Even with herbals.

    actually, about 4 days before i went into labour with leane, i was having these awful pains down south, which the doctor couldn't even figure out....they gave me 2 tylenol 3's with kodene and a sleeping pill, which i never took. the pain still never went away, even with the tylenol, and the sleeping pill just didn't seem right to take.
