I spent the day yesterday helping my sister in law move - I got to her house at 7 am and stayed until after midnight.... it took 5 u-hauls of stuff to move everything, and it was so heavy...
Helping people move SUCKS, it's backbreaking. Although I did owe her a favour, she helped me move too. Granted, I didn't have NEARLY as much to move, but hey, who's counting?
