I definitely like a nice dry red wine over a white wine. The more dry, the better, I don't like the sweet tasting wines at all.

The only common term that I know of is "To make wine." Though I believe the technical term would be to ferment. Though I guess you aren't fermenting the wine, you are fermenting graps....so I dunno


Anyways...I love me some wine. I haven't had any white wine that I like.....LOVE ME SOME GOOD RED WINE. Lol I actually havn't met a red wine that I haven't liked.
