I Am A New Website Owner And Would Like To Offer Free Samples?

Hello everyone,
My name is Lu. I am a southern girl.ok maybe more like a woman and older one at that. I have recently opened a new website and I would like to offer some free samples out. I am not that knowledgeable when it comes to navigating these forums, lord knows I am trying. I wanted to verify that it was allowed before I did. Now I am aware that I could just stick the information in this post and play dumb, but that's not my style. Karma being what it is , anyway if someone might be kind enough to post an answer I would be very appreciative.
