Soaking information is the best. I'm more of an audio/visual person myself but, reading to soak knowledge is cool too. Plus, Barns And Nobles is actually a decent hangout.

I'm actually more open to learning from gurus than professors.

 

Just that I've gotten along better with the professors that want a little piece of me in their mouths after class every week.

You can take it how you will.

 

Would you really be able to leave family and friends?

You do know you could do both travel and study at different universities.

Lots of people say they would want to do that. Then when it comes down to it they are not willing to leave where they are.

Just an observation.

I believe you can have it all.
