I don't believe in hypnotherapy. I've met so many people who took it to give up smoking of the cigarettes and it did not work for any one of those people.

If you're already suffering from social anxiety... well for me personally... I'd probably be fretting even harder about seeing some random guy willing to perform hypnotherapy.

From my own personal experiences dealing with anxiety is, it's all in your own mentality in a way and I believe that there are certain triggers at play that shouldn't be numbed.
