hydrolyzing and then sum...

If one was to add boiling water to a jar of a certain/pre-cursor in a resolute tablet wich contains an interesting hydrogen bond , shook and swilled it to give a bit of kinetic energy and watched the tablets float to the very top... would this mean the tablets were successfully hydrolyzed via a covalent bond and the hydrogen went into the air? could this also give birth to this certain compound becoming a racemic phenomenon now and if left to crystalize in a bolus form until bone dry were now a substance that could give a little mind flare if injested?

 

on the same tip of conjuring, how can you get de-ionized water to crystalize well and fast ? can you miss the original crystalizing and jump to a solvent to do this via dispersing solvent with glass ware ?
