I just threw this together, and it's really awsome and soooo filling for lunch or whenever. you need: about a handfull of radishes, 1 carrot, 1 small cucumber, 1 good size handfull of radish sprouts, hummus, nutritional yeast, sea weed, flax seed, and raw pumkin seeds or sunflower seeds. cut up the veggies and toss them into a bowl with the sprouts. Combine with about 4 big tablespoons (eyeball it) of hummus, and toss to coat and combine. Then add nutritional yeast, flax seed and sea weed (as much as you want of each). Add in seed and enjoy. Use any veggies you like, and of course the nutritional yeast, flax seed and sea weed is optional, but the combo of the 3 is killer enjoy!
