I hear that Seamonkey also can double as a basic simple HTML editor.

    The SeaMonkey® Project

It was a long time ago since the last time i dabbled with HTML and it was before HTML5.
The first time I used vim which is a direly constrained command line text editor, just out of pure greenhorn smug because it was the cool and hard thing to do. I thought so until I learned that MS-DOS buffs used the dreary fucking EDLIN. Then I maybe used Amaya but memory is fading... lol
