If they made pineapple oil to go with that I'll be set, seriously.

Wash it. Wash out all the wax. Section, backcomb, and palmroll. Leave and let lock.

Go get some Goo Gone and wash your hair with it but be sure to wash your hair properly afterwards. You might need to repeat this but it will definitely remove the wax!!

You can try to get the wax out without combing out the dreads, but I highly highly highly recommend just combing out and starting over.

I did that to my boyfriends hair before I knew better and he ended up absolutely hating them, it was awful. Start over, you'll be much happier with them.

I'm seriously considering starting a fresh.

I ended up hitting the town last night (why do I drink!!?)
Got so many positive comments. Loved it..
Only negative comment I got was along the lines of .. 'It looks like a rat shat all over your head'

I refrained from replying with anything derogatory and retaliatory. A good lad I was ;)
    The orange oil smells amazing!!!

I was tempted to steal one of her locks as she slept..

Hmmm going climbing in less than two hours...
Might manage a quick hot soak before then!

    Cheers folks.

Start fresh. You be 100% wax-free and you'll feel much better.

    Agreed:)
Honestly man, you will never have to worry about wax if you start over, I did that on a few of mine, but there is still one or two that are seriously waxy and won't let the wax out! As soon as they are long enough im cutting them ;)

    Cheers.
I think im going to leave the ones on the front. They are pretty much wax free now (i'll continue till i get it all out).
The back is now a fluffy mess with ony a few strands of solid wax left! (I WILL GET IT OUT NO MATTER OF IT KILLS ME HAHA)
My partner is coming down this weekend so she will sort the back out and see what needs doing..

Just about to upload some pics from today
