How To View Duality?

duality is cause and effect. Any other opposites that we create are human constructs. They exist of course. But the idea that they are two halves is only because humans have a mind to make them so. Black and white are not opposites. They are just words to describe images.

But cause and effect are different in the idea that everything that goes up must come down. The idea is that no one thing is constant and therefore is seperated from all other like phenomenon.

This explains many things, including the idea of god.

The way I see it, the now requires no interpretations or ideas. It just is. Now requires no interpretation, and if you do give an interpretation then you are creating a thought, but thoughts aren't reality and thoughts represent the future and the past. When you attach yourself to this idea, you are attaching yourself to an image, and images are falsehoods.

You can call the now an idea, a thought, and you would be right. But we only use this as a reference guide and nothing more because we understand that even the word now is an idea. All that is required is to be.

The word now is to be used to express the Aum.

The great thing about reality is that it requires no ideas, but we may use ideas to express ourselves, but only if we recognize that these ideas aren't us and is not reality.

The now is, you, me, standing in the sunlight. Everything else is merely an image.

The now requires no philosophy, views, expression, or ideas, because all of which are thoughts. But we may use a gong to show to others what we may mean by the now and nothing more.

 

The Now is an idea until you sit silent under a boulder up in the mountains past yonder creek with your legs folded up and funny old deer is your only friend and then you hear the BWOOOOOW the silent roar of infinity that you heard from your crib and forgot about.
And then it becomes no idea, only everything, which is all ideas, which is nothing.
